About Us
Here at jeweluxe we spend time hunting high and low for the right piece of genuine, authentic, designer jewellery from antique shops to jewellers to online auctions.
Once we've found the right piece we get to work crafting and reworking it into what you see in our online collection.
With all products we aim to include an image of the original piece to show you where the journey began - keep an eye on our socials for behind the scene shots.
We accept returns!
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to return it. To initiate a return, please contact us at info.jeweluxeuk@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram.
Return Conditions
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in original condition including packaging you may be liable for any loss in value (we will send you the return address once you've contacted us)
- Item Condition: All products returned must be unworn and in original packaging
- Shipping Method: It's highly advised to use a tracked delivery service - jeweluxe wont be held responsible for items lost in transitÂ
- Identification: Please include name and email address inside the original packaging so we can process your refund accordingly
- International Returns: If returning goods from outside the EU, please mark the customs declaration as "Return of Unwanted Goods". Any custom fees or duties we incur, will be deducted from your refund
